Add a little joy to the festive season with a visit to see Santa and his helpers in his grotto. He’s been busy all year preparing to bring some Christmas cheer to your visit.
Our Grotto visits will be operated solely through our reservation system. We will not be able to accommodate walk-in visits.
Please note that bookings are limited so we encourage early reservations to avoid missing out. The maximum number of people per session is 8.
Tickets are $25 per family (maximum of eight guests) and includes a photo sleeve framed 5 x 7 portrait photo and digital downloads.

Santa Pet Grotto 2024 (Sold Out)
Merry Woof'mas!
Bring your beloved pups to meet Father Christmas at our Santa Paws Pet Grotto! Your pets will enjoy a special visit, receive a tasty Christmas treat, and have their photo taken with Santa.
The photo sessions will take place just inside our Lichfield Street entrance (43 Lichfield St). Please wait outside with your furry friend, and our team will bring you in when it’s your turn.
Tickets are $25 per family and include a framed 5 x 7 portrait and digital downloads.
*Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. While we’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we can’t guarantee your booking will be held.
Ballantynes Breakfast with Santa 2024 (Sold Out)
Before things get too busy for him, Santa has diarised breakfast at Ballantynes. Join him, Mrs Claus and some of Santa’s helpers for a fun morning. With the help of Santa’s Elves, you will arrive into the store before it opens and make your way to the Tearooms to meet up with Santa and Mrs Claus.
Your time will include:-
- A sit down “breakfast” of yummy Christmas inspired treats with Santa & Mrs Claus
- A Christmas sing along
- Hear directly from Santa how he is tracking for the big day
- Decorate your very own gingerbread cookie in a hands-on workshop
- Take informal photos with Santa and Mrs Claus
Ticket price is $50 per child. Spaces for this special event are strictly limited. We hope to see you there.
Christmas Wreath Workshop - For adults (Sold Out)
Join Mateo, our Ballantynes Florist, as he helps you to create a beautiful Christmas Wreath. Perfect for your front door or a lovely decoration for your home. This would also make a perfect festive gift.
This will be a fun hands-on workshop with participants taking home what they make.
Your booking fee of $110 per person includes a glass of bubbles, or two, and some delicious afternoon tea.
*Whilst open to any age, this workshop is not designed for our Junior Customers.
