Designed in Denmark, the Coppernox series from Scanpan showcases a gleaming stainless body with sleek cast stainless handles with stay cool, soft touch silicone inserts. The lids are constructed from tempered glass and stainless steel, and are both eyecatching and sturdy. The base is impact bonded, with a stunning band of copper infused to it, ensuring rapid and even heat distribution. It is made from five layers of impact-bonded fused metals – stainless steel interior, then a layer of pure aluminium, a copper core, a further layer of pure aluminium and a stainless steel exterior. Coppernox is suitable for all heat sources including induction and also oven safe to 220°C.
