Salter's disc scale has an ultra slim design with stainless steel disc platform that makes it hygienic and easy to clean. The easy-read LCD display can be set to measure in metric or Imperial and the add and weigh "zero" function allows you to add ingredients direct to bowls or other cooking containers. There's also an aquatronic function for measuring liquids in ml or floz. Max weights: 5kg in 1g increments; 11lb in 1oz increments; 5lml in 1ml increments; 175floz in 1floz increments.
