Named for the Hector’s dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector’s Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula. Blossoms from Decanter Bay Road in Little Akaloa, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a fragrant blush pink gin with a delicate and subtle sweet floral finish.
