Ballantynes Freezer Favourites Lamb Ragout
The word ragout comes from the French ragoûter, meaning: "to revive the taste". Typically the recipe calls for small pieces of meat and vegetables to be cooked slowly over a low heat creating a delicious, full of flavour, meal. Our mediterranean style take on the Lamb Ragout has a rich tomato sauce infused with olives, herbs and a splash of red wine. Great with a baguette or pasta of your choice.
