Ballantynes Freezer Favourites Brioche Loaf
Brioche is an enriched French bread. Soft and cake-like the loaf has a slightly sweet taste due to its high egg and butter content. It goes perfectly with just about everything (if you love bread). Pair the Brioche with our ragout and bourguignon, delicious!
Ingredients: Yeast, wheat flour, butter, eggs, milk, salt.
Reheat: Take out of freezer one hour before use. Option: warm in a preheated oven to 150 degrees for five minutes.
