Ballantynes Freezer Favourites Beef Cheek, Potato & Smoked Cheese Pie
The first pies were called coffins or coffyns: meat pies encased in pastry. A twist on steak and cheese, we use beef cheek, braised for twelve hours, add potato and smoked cheese, great on its own or with salad, vegetables, or fries. Pies are the ultimate comfort food 365 days of the year!
Ingredients:
Beef cheek, wheat flour, onion, potato, chilli, celery, fresh garlic, rosemary, thyme, red wine, salt, pepper, butter, canola oil.
Whilst every care has been taken, please note that this product is made in facilities handling eggs, milk products, gluten, tree nuts, sesame seeds, soy, fish & shellfish.
To Reheat:
Defrost the pie. Preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius, remove pie from the outer box, place beef pie dish in the oven, cook for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
