Water brings out a turquoise blue, soda changes colour to a deeper royal blue, and adding a few drops of citrus changes the colour again, this time to purple. Our loose leaf organically grown Blue Lemongrass is made from pure, high quality, hand-cut lemongrass with intense lemon and mint flavours. The lemongrass is cut using an invention designed by Ashok, one of the estates key team members.
