Equagold's Pure Vanilla Paste is loaded with vanilla bean seeds, resulting in deeply concentrated and aromatic paste, made without any thickeners or gums! Other vanilla pastes are made by separating the vanilla seeds during the extract process before mixing it with vanilla extract to boost the flavour, and thickening it with additives. The seeds in Equagold's Pure Vanilla Paste aren't 'extracted' but rather physically scraped from the vanilla beans, so the vanilla taste is intensified not diluted. This is a highly concentrated paste, approximately 1/4 teaspoon is equal to one whole scraped vanilla bean.
