This delicious conserve reminds Barkers of their childhood picking and eating warm and luscious, sun-ripened berries straight from the bush. The raspberries in this converse are a special variety and bursting with flavour grown by the McFarlane family in South Canterbury. We then add less sugar than a standard jam but enough to ensure the beautiful flavour of the fruit shines through.
