The chocolate rolled ginger are made in boutique batches and are lovingly hand rolled. She Universe likes to call them nuggets of gold as they are created in what is called a panning machine, where each piece tumbles and slowly drizzle chocolate into the panning machine, moving them around with their hands. This ensures an even coating of chocolate on each individual bean or piece of ginger. They are dusted in cacao powder or icing sugar to ensure a natural finish.
