Once you have selected your LOVE IN A JEWEL Keepsake and placed your order online – the following steps will be taken. A Ballantynes Customer Service Representative will contact you to organise where to drop off your keepsake you would like added to your pendant and then this will be sent to LOVE IN A JEWEL for them to follow their processes of placing your note or keepsake into the pendant with the utmost care and integrity and the lid will be professionally sealed forever by their Master Jeweler, Joachim van Oostrum. LOVE IN A JEWEL will capture polaroid photos showcasing the note or keepsake held within, which you’ll receive with the pendant.

As this process is bespoke please allow at least 10 working days from when you have supplied Ballantynes with your keepsake to receiving your forever LOVE IN A JEWEL piece.
